Shipping is free on orders over €50.00. Delivery times are estimates in business days after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Processing & dispatch
Orders placed on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same or next business day. You receive a confirmation email with your order number, and a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery area
We ship across the European Union. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Any customs, duties or import charges outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
Use your order number and email on the Track Order page, or the link in your dispatch email, to follow your delivery.
Delays and problems
