2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer and agreement between us and a customer placing an order through this website.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in EUR and include 21% VAT for consumers, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before you place the order. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us.

4. The agreement

An agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock, payment or delivery constraints make fulfilment impossible.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by a certified payment provider. Available methods are shown at checkout. We never store card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. See our shipping policy. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our returns & refunds policy.

8. Conformity and warranty

Products must conform to the agreement. Statutory consumer rights apply and are not limited by these terms. Damage from misuse, immersion of the electrical base in water, or unauthorised repair is excluded.

9. Safe use

Use the product as described in the manual. Do not immerse the heating base in water, do not use a damaged cable, and keep it away from children while heating.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not affect mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Applicable law and disputes

The law of our country of establishment applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
